Jelena Milašinović

Public Relations Manager

 

Jelena Milašinović, MSc has held the position of PR Manager at the Belgrade Philharmonic since 2013. As the spokesperson of the institution, she manages the organization’s overall communications, designs and implements communication and marketing strategies, development projects in corporate social responsibility, and brand promotion of the Belgrade Philharmonic.

 


She is the recipient of the prestigious international PRO PR Globe People Achievement Award for 2024, which honors individuals for their contribution to the public relations profession at global, regional, and local levels.

 


For the campaigns and projects of the Belgrade Philharmonic, she has received numerous awards. Among them is the prestigious WORLD’S BEST OF THE BEST recognition for 2025, awarded at the Roman Forum as acknowledgment of excellence, consistency, transparent communication, innovation, continuous development, strategic approach, and sustainability.

 


Over the past decade, she has brought the Belgrade Philharmonic 23 awards won on the domestic professional scene in the field of communications: 17 UEPS awards in categories such as Brand PR, socially responsible campaigns, integrated campaigns, and digital communication; 4 PR awards from the Public Relations Society of Serbia; and 2 Kaktus awards for excellence in PR. Within the Philharmonic, she has created and implemented numerous creative projects, including exhibitions and special publications, as well as the documentary film “Da capo: Zubin Mehta & Belgrade Philharmonic”, for which she was the concept author and producer.

 


Milašinović is a regular member of international and domestic professional juries and a participant in numerous professional gatherings in the fields of communications in creative industries, marketing, and corporate social responsibility. As an educator and mentor in communications and marketing, she conducts courses and training programs for young professionals, focusing on strategic communication, marketing, and crisis communication.

 


She has been a member of the Board of the Heartefakt since 2019. She is the author of several case studies in communication strategies published in professional journals, as well as numerous articles published in Serbian media.

 


Currently, she is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Media and Communications in Belgrade, while she earned her Master of Science degree at the University of Arts in the program Cultural Policy and Management in Culture (Interculturalism and Mediation in the Balkans). She completed professional training in public relations at the London School of Public Relations in Belgrade.

 


Throughout her career, she has collaborated with many cultural organizations, festivals, and artists, contributing to various projects through consulting and operational work. From 2002 to 2012, she was employed at the Academy of Arts as a piano professor, having graduated in piano from the Faculty of Music in Belgrade.
