P. I. Tchaikovsky: Symphony No. 1 (Winter Dreams)

The theme of January’s concert of this series is Winter Megalomania. Following Winter – an excerpt from Alexander Glazunov’s ballet Four Seasons, the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra’s Concertmaster Tijana Milošević will present this season from various angles, through the notes of Philip Glass, Astor Piazzolla and Antonio Vivaldi. The winter musical journey will end with P. I. Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 1, nicknamed Winter Dreams owing to its thematic background.
