After the concert at Kolarac Hall, the Belgrade Philharmonic and Chief Conductor Gabriel Feltz are organizing their fifth Late Night Classicafter-party at the Taman Club in the heart of Belgrade’s Savamala district on Friday, April 19th, at 11:00 p.m. Jelena Dimitrijevic, one of the Philharmonic’s first violins, is reprising her role as DJ, mixing and playing her chosen works of classical music.

Late Night Classicis a concept created by the Belgrade Philharmonic and the Taman Club, in which classical music from concert halls is performed in the very center of Belgrade’s bustling nightlife. Under her stage name as DJ Jelkinja, the violinist has already tried her music mixing skills when she warmed up clubbers at a previous Philharmonic classical music after-party. This time, DJ Jelkinja has opted for the “old school” and the best editions of the famous Russian record label Melodija.

So far, our music mixers have also been Director Ivan Tasovac as DJ Taki, PR Manager Jelena Milašinović as DJ Jelllena, while famous cellist Maja Bogdanović, in addition to mixing music, also staged a live club gig with world renowned violinist Daniel Rowland.
