The Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra is preparing for yet another spectacular New Year’s celebration show, this time together with Igudesman & Joo. The legendary duo is set to perform in Kolarac Hall on December 25 at 8 p.m. as part of their farewell tour. The program, titled A Little Silent Night Music, brings together festive classics, hilarious original songs for Christmas and New Year, and some of the duo’s most iconic hits.
After four unforgettable performances with the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra over the past two decades, the legendary duo returns to Belgrade one last time as part of their farewell tour. Through their innovative and entertaining projects, Igudesman & Joo have captivated audiences around the world, making an enormous contribution to the promotion of classical music, musical comedy, and the art of improvisation, garnering millions of fans and views on YouTube.
Following twenty years of performing together, Aleksey Igudesman and Richard Hyung-ki Joo, whose friendship dates back to their student days at London’s Yehudi Menuhin School, are now embarking on their individual careers. The grand finale of their collaboration will be this extraordinary New Year’s concert, A Little Silent Night Music – a joyful celebration filled with virtuosic music and humor.
