The Belgrade Philharmonic received a total of five UEPS (Association for Market Communications of Serbia) awards  for its marketing campaigns at the annual award ceremony on the occasion of UEPS Day. The “Belgrade Philharmonic-Music Everywhere” campaign, in cooperation with McCann Beograd, was awarded three prizes, and the “Philharmonic Online Season” campaign received two.

Both projects, which the Belgrade Philharmonic carried out at different times of the year, marked by the COVID-19 pandemic, were included in the competition. In the categories of Culture and Education and COVID Creative Community, our “Belgrade Philharmonic-Music Everywhere” campaign was awarded gold, and our “Philharmonic Online Season” won silver. Also, in the category of Socially Responsible Campaigns, “Belgrade Philharmonic-Music Everywhere” was awarded the silver medal.

By turning crisis situations into opportunities, the Belgrade Philharmonic managed to find its way to its audience even when concert activities had been disabled or held on a significantly reduced scale. Thus, the “Philharmonic Online Season” has already been awarded by the Serbian Public Relations Association for best digital communication. In addition to the UEPS awards for “Music Everywhere,” this campaign’s biggest success is that so far over 50,000 hours of music played by the Belgrade Philharmonic have been heard outside the concert hall, at 388 locations in 103 towns throughout Serbia.
