We would like to inform our audience about changes made in the Belgrade Philharmonic’s concert program for the next period.<\/p>\n

Instead of the earlier announced Genghis Khan<\/em> by D. Radi\u0107 and Dvo\u0159\u00e1k’s Cello Concerto<\/em>, Former Chief Conductor Uro\u0161 Lajovic will conduct the orchestra on the 28th of January, with Mozart’s Don Giovanni Overture<\/em> and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 4<\/em>, with Harriet Krijgh performing Haydn’s Cello Concerto in C major<\/em>.<\/p>\n

On the repertoire of the concert with Nemanja Radulovi\u0107 under the baton of Daniel Raiskin on February 4, there is a change in the orchestral part of the program. Instead of My Fatherland<\/em> by B. Smetana and Symphony No. 8 by A. Dvo\u0159\u00e1k, the Belgrade Philharmonic will perform Andante Moderato<\/em> for string orchestra By Florence Price and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, Wagner’s evening as well as the arrival of the famous soprano Elisabeth Teige have been postponed for less risky days, and instead, at the concert on the 11th of February, Chief Conductor Gabriel Feltz will conduct the Oberon Overture<\/em> by Carl Maria Weber, Brahms’ Variations on a Theme by Haydn,<\/em> and Brahms’ Symphony No. 3. Also, on the 25st of February, instead of Lera Auerbach’s Icarus<\/em>, Maestro Feltz will be conducting Anton Webern’s Five Pieces for Orchestra<\/em>, while the rest of the concert program remains unchanged.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
