Nemanja will play Bruch\u2019s Violin Concerto No 1, while the repertoire for die-hard romantics will be opened by Strauss\u2019 <em>Don Juan<\/em> and concluded by Tchaikovsky\u2019s <em>Path\u00e9tique<\/em> Symphony. The distinctive energies of the violin virtuoso, the passionate Maestro and the BPO musicians make the winning combination for performance of the programme that thematically belongs to the series <em>For Lovers.<\/em><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nNemanja Radulovi\u0107 is one of the world\u2019s best-known artists, who has taken the world of classical music by storm in just a few years with his virtuosic playing and adventurous programming. Music has taken him around the globe several times, and now he returns to the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra after 17 years, with a special emotion:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n\u201cI am delighted to play in Belgrade again, this time as part of the Belgrade Philharmonic\u2019s concert season, with the brilliant orchestra musicians with whom I grew up and, in my opinion, one of today\u2019s most inspiring conductors, Maestro Eiji Oue, with whom I have cooperated since 2003. I am especially pleased that we will play Bruch\u2019s Violin Concerto, to which I have an emotional attachment because I played the same piece in my first appearance at Kolarac Grand Hall 20 years ago. I hope the audience will enjoy it!\u201d<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nNemanja is as an exclusive artist with Deutsche Grammophon, with which he goes from strength to strength, building on his talents by working with some of the most prestigious musical institutions around today. He has nurtured a special professional relationship with Eiji Oue, one of today\u2019s most exciting conductors, which has resulted in their joint CD \u2013 <em>Paganini Fantasy<\/em>. The international conducting star of enviable biography, which includes mentors such as Seiji Ozawa and Leonard Bernstein, is Conductor Laureate of the Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra and cooperates with the world\u2019s most prestigious orchestras. Since the season 2014\/15, he has been a regular guest conductor of the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, rendering its concerts unforgettable with his unique intensity.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nProgrammatically fitting the series <em>For Lovers<\/em>, the repertoire performed by the two music stars, in unique combination with the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, includes the most romantic works of the entire musical literature.
