{"id":27985,"date":"2019-11-19T13:18:06","date_gmt":"2019-11-19T12:18:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bgf.rs\/?p=27985"},"modified":"2019-11-19T13:32:04","modified_gmt":"2019-11-19T12:32:04","slug":"sergej-krylov-with-the-belgrade-philharmonic-once-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bgf.rs\/en\/sergej-krylov-with-the-belgrade-philharmonic-once-again\/","title":{"rendered":"Sergej Krylov with the Belgrade Philharmonic Once Again"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Violin superstar to perform Beethoven&#8217;s famous violin concerto<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once again, renowned violinist Sergej\nKrylov will perform with the Belgrade Philharmonic at Kolarac Hall on Friday,\n22 November, at 8:00 p.m. Under the baton of Maestro Howard Griffiths, Krylov\nwill play Beethoven&#8217;s <em>Violin Concerto<\/em>.\nThe concert program will also feature <em>Symphony\nNo. 4 <\/em>by Robert Schumann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Performing with the Belgrade\nPhilharmonic for the fourth time and completely logically as part of our <em>#beethovenrules<\/em> series, Krylov will play\nBeethoven&#8217;s only concerto written for the violin, one of the most famous and\ntechnically challenging in music literature. A regular guest at major music venues\nand a favorite of the Philharmonic audience, he will play on a violin made by\nhis father, Alexander Krylov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8222;The Germans have four violin\nconcertos. The greatest, most uncompromising, is Beethoven&#8217;s&#8230;\u201d Those were the\nwords of 19th century violin virtuoso and conductor Joseph Joachim, who\nconnects the Belgrade Philharmonic&#8217;s concert program in an unusual way.
