International Review Gives Highest Rating\nto Belgrade Philharmonic’s Concert <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bachtrack, a London-based international online music\nmagazine and website, which publishes reviews and listings of\nclassical music, has rated the Belgrade\nPhilharmonic’s latest performance with the maximum five stars. The reviewer described\nthe concert, held in Kolarac Hall on October 25, 2019, as „one of the most memorable concerts I\nhave been to and that I will remember for a long time.“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Chief Conductor Gabriel Feltz,\nthe Belgrade Philharmonic performed Metamorphosen<\/em>\nby Richard Strauss and Beethoven’s Eroica\nSymphony<\/em>. Feltz’s unique and exciting concept enabled the Belgrade\nPhilharmonic musicians to showcase their skills in full splendor. In addition\nto the standing ovation the orchestra received from the audience, music critic\nPeter Connors noted that everything\nhad come together: the orchestra was on top form. Feltz had a great rapport\nwith his players and the audience, and even the acoustics of Kolarac Hall\nseemed just right for this music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proud of the musicians, Gabriel Feltz\nsaid after the concert that this was the best Eroica<\/em> in his career as chief conductor, and he congratulated the musicians\non the social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bachtrack website regularly follows and publishes reviews of concerts by the Belgrade Philharmonic, also awarding five stars for its March 2018 performance of Glier’s Symphony Ilya Muromec.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
