{"id":21252,"date":"2019-01-18T09:50:49","date_gmt":"2019-01-18T08:50:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bgf.rs\/?p=21252"},"modified":"2019-01-18T10:18:10","modified_gmt":"2019-01-18T09:18:10","slug":"paganini-on-the-trumpet-with-the-belgrade-philharmonic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bgf.rs\/en\/paganini-on-the-trumpet-with-the-belgrade-philharmonic\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8222;Paganini on the Trumpet&#8220; with the Belgrade Philharmonic"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgf.rs\/en\/solista_cp\/sergei-nakariakov\/\">Sergei Nakariakov<\/a>, one of the best trumpet players in the world, will perform again with the Belgrade Philharmonic, at Kolarac Hall, on Friday, January 18, at 8:00 p.m. Under the direction of Former Chief Conductor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgf.rs\/en\/dirigent_cp\/uros-lajovic\/\">Uro\u0161 Lajovic<\/a>, the orchestra will perform works by Haydn, Arutiunian and Hindemith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sergei Nakariakov has shifted the boundaries of the trumpet and\nits role in classical music. After performing at the Finnish festival when he\nwas only 13, he was dubbed the Paganini on the trumpet. His repertoire includes\nnot only a whole spectrum of original literature for the trumpet, but he constantly\nkeeps extending it, looking always for new modes of musical expression. This\nfamous trumpeter appeared with the Belgrade Philharmonic in 2010. On this\noccasion he will perform the Trumpet Concerto by Armenian composer Grigori Arutiunian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The unusual concert\nprogram will open with Symphony No. 44 (Trauer) by Joseph Haydn &#8211; the guardian\nof classical tradition, and will be crowned by a great premiere on the local\nscene, performed by the Belgrade Philharmonic for the first time: &#8222;The\nSymphony of the World&#8220; (Die Harmonie der Welt) by Paul Hindemith, one of\nthe greatest scientists among the composers of the 20th century.
