The Belgrade Philharmonic String Quartet, joined by clarinettist Veljko Klenkovski, will introduce itself in Zrenjanin (10 April),\u00a0Kikinda (11 April) and Subotica (12 April) playing Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe tour starts in Zrenjanin, at the City Hall Baroque Room (7.30pm). In Kikinda, they will play at the National Museum (7pm), while in Subotica the concert will take place at the City Hall Grand Assembly (7.30pm).<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nBPO musicians Jelena Dragni\u0107 (first violin), Vladan Lon\u010dar (second violin), Boris Brezovac (viola) and Aleksandar Latkovi\u0107 (violoncello) founded the BPO String Quartet in 2011. The have been committedly transferring the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra\u2019s energy trying to reach out to all those living far from Belgrade.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&#8222;Our goal is to make every town feel like \u2018the capital\u2019, at least while we are in them, because of the art and music we bring to them. Hopefully, all Serbian cities will be equally important and capital is they foster the culture. Our mission is to always remind the people of this\u201d, said Jelena Dragni\u0107 on behalf of the Belgrade Philharmonic String Quartet.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nAfter last year\u2019s successful tour in the south, the audience in the north of Serbia will also be able to enjoy top-notch musical programmes. By implementing these projects, the orchestra is showing that it does not belong solely to Belgrade and that it aspires to contribute to cultural development of all local communities.
