The competition was opened on 1 April \u2013 April Fool&#8217;s Day, and the deadline for submitting the writings was 13 June \u2013 the last day of school before the summer break. Now, we are announcing the list of 500 award winning young authors.<\/p>\n<p>From 48 towns across Serbia, as well as from Montenegro, we received answers to seemingly quite a straightforward question: \u201cWhat Exactly Is a Philharmonic\u201d. Several hundred writings that flooded into our mailbox demonstrated all the earnestness, charm, sincerity and wittiness of children\u2019s way of thinking.<\/p>\n<p>The Evaluation Committee was chaired by this year\u2019s recipient of the NIN Award, writer Ivana Dimi\u0107, who was assisted by Director of the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra Ivan Tasovac,\u00a0programme organisation staff Danica Maksimovi\u0107, Asja Radonji\u0107 and Jelena Mila\u0161inovi\u0107, as well as orchestra members Slavica Peri\u0107 and Tamara Marinkovi\u0107 Tomi\u0107.
